Commission GuidelinesPayment
I kindly ask to settle the payment upfront.
For any totals exceeding $200, I'm able to accommodate a payment plan if needed.
The current accepted payment method is PayPal!
Contact & Commission
Reach out via Email, Discord, or Telegram.
Send a photo of the character, concept, along with any ideas, references, and specifics you have in mind.
Please state what commission you are interested in getting.
Refinement
During the sketching phase, you are entitled to two rounds of adjustments to ensure the artwork matches your vision.
Should you require additional revisions beyond this, you will be subject to an additional fee.
Timeframe
The completion timeframe varies depending on the project complexity.
I'll provide an estimated timeline when we confirm the commission.
If you need it sooner, there are expedited options available. Let me know!
Display & Privacy
I may showcase commissioned artwork pieces in my portfolio and social media.
If you prefer privacy and do not want me to tag you or show the artwork in general, just let me know before we begin.
Refund Policy
Once work is started, refunds will NOT be possible.
Updates
I will keep you updated on the artwork's progress.
Please do NOT spam me - I kindly ask for your understanding that I am engaged in my work and have a schedule to maintain.
I promise my response time is reasonable, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Busy Schedule
If the current workload and scheduling prevents me from dedicating the time and attention to the project.
Inadequate Information
If the project description is unclear or lacks the appropriate details to proceed.
Disrespectful Behavior
If you are downright mean or have disrespectful behavior towards me during our communication.

How much does a commission usually cost?

Commission prices vary based on factors like complexity, size, my experience and how long it will take to complete. I am more then happy to discuss the pricing upfront and show examples.
How do you determine the cost of a commission?

I consider factors like time spent, complexity, file size, alternative versions of the art and the skill level needed when determining the cost of a commission.
Can I request changes to the artwork during the process?

Yes! I am more then happy to allow minor revisions during the process. However, major changes might require an additional fee.
How long does a commission take to complete?

The time frame depends on a few factors like the workload, schedule and the complexity of the commission. We can definitely discuss any deadlines/turnaround times before we proceed with any commission.

Do I need to pay upfront?

I kindly ask to settle the payment upfront. For any totals exceeding $200, I'm able to accommodate a payment plan if needed. The full balance is due upon completion of the artwork/before I send you the final piece.
Can I use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes?

Commercial use(such as merchandise) will require an additional small licensing fee. Please let me know your intended use before we start the project.
Can I cancel a commission after I've paid?

You can, Yes. However, the commission is non-refundable. I will send you what I have worked on depending on the stage of the commission.
Can I share the work-in-progress or final artwork online?

Yes - but please ask! Preferably when it makes a 2 week round on Patreon, please let me know what you decide to do so I can coordinate appropriately!
